Responsible for:
Process start-up and control, Confirm quality - routine checks, Cover absenteeism, line fill-in - duties include filling in on line when teammates are out and working on autonomous maintenance tasks with the team, Training and cross-training, Work orders for quick maintenance, Ensure standardized work is followed, Ensure parts/materials are supplied to process-coordinate with Material handlers, Plan and recover from assembly line and test equipment system failures, Comply with all Meritor written environmental (ISO 14001) and quality (TS 16949) policies, and all other job tasks as required by leadership.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Demonstrated leadership & communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
Other pertinent skill requirements:
Demonstrated problem solving, continuous improvement disciplines, computer literacy and familiarity with SPC techniques.
Working Knowledge of all work stations in designated area is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
