Must be a self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous improvement and an employee involvement culture.
Set high expectations for themselves and the teams.
Hold themselves and team members accountable for superior results using developmental techniques to motivate and continually support the team and their performance.
Maintain best practice Safety and Housekeeping standards with emphasis on 5S.
Development of the team to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
Identify, support, and assist production technician in implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Assist the team to provide immediate problem resolution and moving work process flow.
The Team Leader will be a primary interface between the Working Leader to Facilitator and Manager and in other departments and levels of the organization.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical or Trade School or Associated degree in a technical discipline preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Other pertinent skill requirements:
Demonstrated problem solving, continuous improvement disciplines, computer literacy and familiarity with SPC techniques.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
